How to make crepes

Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Lemon peel

Instructions

Mix 2 eggs with the frother.

Add 200 ml milk and 300 ml water.

Add 1 tbsp of rum, a pinch of sea salt, 1 vanilla sugar and lemon peel.

Sif 250g of flour and add to the batter.

Add oil to a non-stick skillet and heat it.

As you are pouring into the skillet, swirl the batter to evenly coat the bottom.

Once the bottom is lightly golden (about a minute or less) flip the crepe using a sharp-edged spatula to easily get under the crepe. Let the other side get lightly golden and plop the crepe out onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
